Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy is designed to be fair to both the buyer and the seller, following Islamic principles of trade:
A. Broken or Defective Products (Khiyar-e-Ayb):
Blue pottery is fragile. If your item arrives broken or has a defect that we did not mention, you have the full right to return it.
- Timeframe: Please inform us with a photo or video within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
- Resolution: You can choose to receive a replacement piece or a full refund.
- Shipping Charges: We will bear all delivery and return shipping costs in this case.
B. Change of Mind (Iqala):
Islam encourages sellers to accept returns if a buyer regrets their purchase. If the product is perfectly fine but you have changed your mind, we will gladly take it back.
- Timeframe: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
- Condition: The product must be completely unused and in its original, safe packaging.
- Shipping Charges: Since there is no fault with the product, the customer is responsible for paying the return courier charges.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the safe return of the item, we will deduct the original delivery charges and refund the remaining amount.
