• Pricing and Payments: All prices listed on our website are clear and final. There are no hidden fees added at checkout. We do not charge any late fees or penalties for delayed payments, as this falls under interest (Riba).
• Handmade Disclaimer: Our Blue Pottery is entirely handmade and hand-painted. Therefore, very slight variations in color, design, or size compared to the pictures are natural. These variations are the beauty of handmade art and will not be considered defects.
• Mutual Contract (Aqd): Placing an order creates a mutual agreement between us. If you need to cancel, please do so before the order is dispatched to prevent financial loss to either party.
• Risk of Loss: We take full responsibility for the safety of your parcel. The risk of loss or breakage remains ours until the package is safely delivered into your hands.
